What the food-safety inspector checks
Inspectors usually ask to see records, not promises. Most often these are:
- Temperature records for fridges and freezers.
- Cleaning and disinfection records.
- Goods-in and traceability records: what came in, and from whom.
- Staff health books.
- Evidence of pest control.
- A recorded corrective action for every deviation.
Regulation (EC) 852/2004 requires food businesses to keep records of their HACCP-based procedures (Art. 5) and to maintain the cold chain (Annex II, Ch. IX). Regulation (EC) 178/2002, Art. 18, requires traceability one step back.

Questions and answers
Does it replace paper logs?
Yes. Digital records are accepted as long as they are complete and can be shown. When you need paper, you print the PDF.
Do workers need an app?
No. It works in the phone's browser, with nothing to install. The worker signs in with a PIN.
What if the signal drops?
A log can be filled in without signal. The entry is sent when the phone is connected again.
What happens after the 7 days?
You choose a plan in Settings. Nothing is deleted. Without a plan, the logs stop accepting new entries.
Can I set my own limits?
Yes. You enter them from your HACCP plan. We never pre-fill limits.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. You pick Start or Growth in Settings, and the data stays the same.
